Taiwan-based computer and hardware manufacturer Acer has upgraded its popular gaming laptops Predator Triton 500 and Nitro 5 to include Intel’s new 10th generation processors and Nvidia’s RTX 20 series Super GPUs. With a 0.7 inch thick body, the Predator Triton 500 is equipped with Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 Super Max-Q, 2TB NVMe RAID 0 SSD and up to 32GB of DDR4 memory. Coming with a 300Hz 15.6-inch display and RGB keyboard with 3ms response time, as well as Acer’s new Vortex Flow cooling technology, the Predator Triton 500 promises to meet users’ expectations both in terms of performance and visuality. Vortex Flow, a new special cooling design that includes all metal 4 Generation Aeroblade 3D fans and five heat pipes, as well as three fans placed along the body, allows new laptops to perform 33 percent better thermal performance than previous versions. Acer’s affordable gaming laptop model Nitro 5 is equipped with up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM, 10th generation Intel Core i5 CPU and Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 GPU. Offering 512GB of SSD and 1TB HDD storage, the laptop hosts a 15.6-inch IPS panel at 144Hz refresh rate in the highest version. For the Predator Triton 500 and Nitro 5, which will be offered to users in May, the starting price of $ 2,599 and $ 749 has been determined, respectively.
